Kindly note that the EAC Conference organisers have no association with the aforementioned email address / referenced 'organisations'.

Hotels prices can be high in Luxembourg, especially around the end of year festive period. Therefore we do advise you to make arrangements for your stay as soon as possible. We have listed some accommodation suggestions below to suit varying budgets and will continue to update this page.

Coque Hotel, Kirchberg Luxembourg
The Coque Hotel is located one tram stop from the university campus, with rooms available from 90 euros per night. We do not have a preferential rate with them since the rooms are already very well priced for the area.

A budget friendly yet pleasant option, with both single and twin private rooms available. Located in the lower part of the old city, you will need to take an elevator, a short walk and a tram ride to reach the university campus

Best Western Plus Grand Hotel Victor Hugo, Limpertsberg, Luxembourg Ville
A reasonably priced boutique hotel located 5 trams stops from the university campus, with double rooms available from 150 euro per night

Family Hotel Luxembourg - Novotel Suites - In Kirchberg - ALL (accor.com)
Located a few tram stops from the university campus
Preferential Rate for the conference of 255 euro per night single occupancy or 275 euro per night double occupancy. Breakfast included. Event code to follow and offer is valid until 13.07.2023
